LuckDrop is a raffle platform that uses cryptocurrency (USDC on the Base network) to facilitate ticket purchases and prize payouts. The platform is currently in beta and operates on testnet infrastructure. Features and rules may change without notice during this period.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LuckDrop. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. LuckDrop does not verify eligibility and accepts no liability for unlawful participation.

LuckDrop does not guarantee that any user will win a raffle. Participation does not entitle you to any prize. All participation is at your own risk. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks, including but not limited to price volatility, network congestion, and technical failures. All transactions made on LuckDrop are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. LuckDrop is not responsible for lost funds due to user error, wallet mismanagement, or blockchain network issues.

Winners are selected using cryptographically secure randomness (crypto.randomInt). Each ticket has an equal probability of being selected. Draw results are final and cannot be contested or reversed.

Refunds are only issued in the event of a cancelled raffle. Refunds are processed in USDC to the original purchasing wallet address. Processing time may vary depending on network conditions. No refunds are issued for any other reason, including user error or dissatisfaction with results.

LuckDrop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuckDrop and its operators are not responsible for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

LuckDrop reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
